Adjustable ground screw add adjustable components on the basis of conventional ground screw. A regulating mechanism is set between the screw top and the screw cap. The elevation of the screw top is adjusted through mechanical or hydraulic systems to compensate for construction errors or settlement differences and achieve vertical fine-tuning.
